ReplyDeleteThis question came as I was furiously nominating a few people for some awards on our campus... Though I won't use names, they are a bit concerned that they won't be nominated. Which I think is silly... recognition is nice, but just knowing that you did a good job and are proud of your own work should be enough... But if it makes them feel better, I'll absolutely take the time to nominate them :)
